System Certification Department (SCD)
  System Certification Department provides services on auditing International Management System Standards and National Standards. We promote organizations to improve and develop Management System efficiently, alleviate competitive ability and continuously improve the management system. We provide services to both public sectors and private sectors with qualified and high experienced audit team in compliance with international standards. Therefore, it reassures the confidence in our speedy service quality.
Inspection Body Department (IBD)
  Inspection Body Department (IBD) is the department that has the roles in supporting enterprenuers to be able to produce and provide their services with quality that meet the standard requirements, satisfy their customers and level up their competition potential both in the national and international level. Main services provided by IBD are initial audit and surveillance audit on behalf of Government sectors and private companies, establishing and reviewing standards and acting as the data center or Intelligent Units regarding management systems.
Technical Service Department (TSD)
  Technical Service Department: TSD provides training services on international and national management system standards with internationally recognized and developed training courses, both public and in-house training for government and private organizations. TSD also provides the services on developing  international and national conformity assessment systems for government and private bodies.  With knowledge, skill and real experiences in standardization including conformity assessment both manufacturing and servicing sectors and our internationally accepted quality system development, our clients can enjoy real knowledge, proper implementing  and effective continual improvement  which will enhance management capability, competitiveness and upgrade your organizations to international level.
Sustainable Development Service Department (2SD)
  Sustainable Development Service Department provides Training and Coaching Services for entrepreneurs in manufacturing and service sector including public sectors. 2SD also provides training and coaching service  on Strategic Management Series applying  Balanced Scorecard for example develop, plan, align and review strategies. Moreover, we provide service on Strategic Risk Management, Scenario Planning as an essential tool for Strategy Planning, Risk Management, New Business Model and Sustainable Excellence Series) through training and coaching on Social Responsibility, the path to sustainable organization through MASCI Sustainable Excellence Model, which is a Western style and Industrial Sufficiency Economy Standard, which Management System Certification Institute (MASCI), Thailand and Institute of Sufficiency Economy (ISE) establish based on the King’s Philosophy, Sufficiency Economy, as an Eastern style in order to develop sustainable organizations. 
General Administration Department (GAD)
  GAD is responsible for general administration; Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and General Administration:
  1. Human Resources: recruit, select and develop personnel.
  2. Finance and Accounting: Finance, Accounting and Budgeting.
  3. Information Technology: computer network system and maintenance.
  4. General Administration: Workplace Security, equipment maintenance and other administration.
Office of Strategy Management (OSM)
  Office of Strategy Management: OSM is responsible for MASCI’s strategies by developing MASCI strategy plan at corporate level in cooperation with MASCI executives, including ensuring that MASCI’s strategies are executed through out the Institute to achieve its strategic objectives and managing strategic risks. OSM is also responsible for MASCI’s strategy communication both internal and external and managing the meeting of MASCI Board of Directors.
Office of the President
  Office of the President helps overall staff readiness for example Management and English Proficiency, analysis of customers’ need, experience co-creation with customers both public and private sectors in order to promote mutual relationship.
