สถาบันรับรองมาตรฐานไอเอสโอ (MASCI) เดินหน้า “ โครงการการยกระดับวัสดุที่ยั่งยืนในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอในประเทศ CLMVT: การเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันเพื่อจัดการกับความท้าทายของมาตรการ CBAM และการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (SDGs)” เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของภูมิภาค ในยุคที่มาตรการปรับราคาคาร์บอนก่อนข้ามพรมแดน (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism: CBAM) และความท้าทายด้านความยั่งยืนกำลังส่งผลต่อห่วงโซ่การผลิตทั่วโลก
โครงการนี้มุ่งผลักดันการใช้ “วัสดุที่ยั่งยืนและนวัตกรรมใหม่” จากการนําแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy: CE) มาปรับใช้ พร้อมพัฒนาระบบการทวนสอบ (Verification Scheme) สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอของประเทศกัมพูชา ลาว เมียนมาร์ เวียดนาม และไทย (CLMVT) เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานและความน่าเชื่อถือในตลาดสากล อีกทั้งยังเสริมสร้างความรู้และความร่วมมือของผู้ประกอบการ นักวิจัย และผู้กำหนดนโยบายในภูมิภาคอย่างเป็นระบบ และเร็วๆ นี้ MASCI เตรียมจัดกิจกรรมสำคัญภายใต้โครงการดังกล่าว ซึ่งเป็นการอบรมในหัวข้อ “Innovative Sustainable Materials in the CLMVT Textile Industry: Addressing CBAM and SDG Challenges”

Management System Certification Institute (MASCI) proudly leads the “Enhancing Sustainable Materials in CLMVT Textile Industry: Addressing CBAM and SDGs Challenges through Capacity Building Project”, designed to help the region’s textile sector navigate the rising challenges of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and the global push toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This initiative promotes the adoption of innovative sustainable materials, accelerates the transition toward circular economy (CE) production models, and establishes a trusted Verification Scheme tailored for the Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand (CLMVT) textile industry. The project also enhances capacity among industry professionals, researchers, policymakers, and private manufacturers through knowledge sharing, digital collaboration, and hands-on training.
