MASCI จัดการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตร “Circular Economy (CE) Implementation Training: Product Verification for Plastic Packaging in Supply Chains” ระหว่างวันที่ 7-11 สิงหาคม 2566 ณ โรงแรมเดอะเบอร์เคลีย์ ประตูน้ำ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการทวนสอบเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ (Circular Economy – Product Verification) สำหรับบรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติกในโซ่อุปทานของประเทศ ภูมิภาค และองค์กรความร่วมมือที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ไปยังภูมิภาคแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง ให้แก่ผู้เข้าอบรมรวม 60 คน จากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และสถาบันการศึกษา ของประเทศกัมพูชา ลาว พม่า เวียดนาม และไทย
การฝึกอบรมดังกล่าวได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากกองทุนพิเศษล้านช้าง-แม่โขง ภายใต้โครงการ “Industrial Capacity Building for GHG Emission Reductions to Reach Carbon Neutrality in the Mekong Region” โดยมีสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เป็นหน่วยงานอุปถัมภ์ (Proponent Agency) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันของภาคอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศสมาชิกลุ่มน้ำโขง ในการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน นำไปสู่การบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ได้เร็วขึ้น โดยเฉพาะเป้าหมายที่ 11: ชุมชนและเมืองที่ยั่งยืน เป้าหมายที่ 12: สร้างความมั่นใจในการบริโภคและการผลิตที่ยั่งยืน และเป้าหมายที่ 13: การรับมือการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมในการส่งเสริมภาคอุตสาหกรรมสู่ความยั่งยืน และสามารถเชื่อมโยงกับห่วงโซ่คุณค่าโลก (Global Value Chain) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ เป็นก้าวสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนด้วยความร่วมมือระหว่างกลุ่มประเทศในภูมิภาคแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง และประเทศจีน เพื่อมุ่งสู่การเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต
MASCI Trained on CE Product Verification for Plastic Packaging in Supply Chains
MASCI organized “Circular economy (CE) Implementation Training: Product Verification for Plastic Packaging in Supply Chains” from August 7 to 11, 2023, at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The training aimed to transfer knowledge on CE product verification from successful cases in countries, regions, and international organizations to Mekong Region countries, including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand.
A total of 60 participants from government agencies, private sector, and educational institutions of the mentioned countries attended the training. The training was financially supported by the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Special Fund under the project “Industrial Capacity Building for GHG Emission Reductions to Reach Carbon Neutrality in the Mekong Region.” The Office of Industrial Economics, Ministry of Industry, served as the Proponent Agency.
The objective of the training was to enhance the industrial competitiveness of Mekong Region countries by applying CE concepts in the supply chains, leading to the accelerated achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Specifically, the training focused on SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, and SDG 13: Climate Action. These goals align with the Ministry of Industry’s policy in promoting sustainable industries and efficiently linking with the global value chain.
The training was a significant step towards driving the CE in cooperation among Mekong Region countries and China, aiming for sustainable growth in the future.
